Workshop - Dahlia Tuber Harvesting Saturday, October 5 at 11:00am
This workshop includes written instructions as well as a tuber clump for you to take home and practice on! The workshop should last one hour, maybe a little more to make sure everyone’s questions are answered. In the event of rain, the workshop will be held indoors with the windows open.
IMPORTANT: For this workshop to be of value, you need to have a dark place to store your tubers over the winter that is a consistent 45-50° F with controllable humidity. You don’t want the tubers to either rot or shrivel up. You also want to be able to access them easily to check on them every three weeks.
